Brad is a 23 year-old skater from the ‘asphalt jungle’ side of Sydney’s northern beaches. He is also Mambo’s, Emeritus Professor of Twin Truck Technology. Big rails, massive stairs, goes hard until he hits something harder than himself at which point he gets back up, replaces the concrete divots and goes again. He is also a serial abuser of the Mambo company bus pass, travelling up and down the east coast of Australia, shooting footage for the Mambo website.
In 2012 Mambo flew Brad over to New York for the company’s launch into North America. He quickly established a surplus of respect amongst several crews of initially hostile locals who were not in the habit of sharing their concrete with strangers. By the time he was lifted, a week later, by a phalanx of female worshipers into the back of a stretch limo and given a police escort back to the airport, Brad had planted Australian flags around half the city’s street spots.
